One of David Austin's finest. Grafted or own root. Nice full bush that stays in bloom all season.

Bought this back in 2010 from Roses Unlimited as an own root. Dies back to the ground every winter even with heavy mulch protection (my zone 5). Never gets any bigger than 14" tall and about 12" wide. Not overly impressed with this rose.. never seems to get the deep yellow color, has practically no scent, shatters in a vase.

Antique Rose Emporium:
'Molineux' is a cold hardy, David Austin introduction. This repeat blooming rose produces full yellow, fragrant flowers on a four foot shrub. A real showstopper in the garden as it is a frequent bloomer.

One of my few David Austin roses. I am not a great fan of Austin roses, but Molineux is an exception. I really love it. Molineux stays about 4 feet high in my garden, the perfect height for its location. Lovely yellow blend flowers. I do have to spray Molineux with systemic fungicide to keep it disease free, but that is nothing unusual in my humid Long Island, NY garden.
Oh, almost forgot to add that I have two if these, so you know that I really like them.
