I am still growing plants from seeds.
Not under lights yet this winter.
But have done some for seeds that say late fall sowing.
Iceland poppies, hollyhocks, New York asters, dwarf soapwort.
Cosmos, calendula,
Getting older and adapting my gardening to the aging process.
Doing more peonies and a few other perennials.
Still doing veges and annuals from seeds, and then in containers.
Everything does not get done because energy level is sometimes low.
Keep on gardening, but not as intensively.
I have not done the blog for 4 years ! So I thought that I would at least start the year by blogging !
I have been testing seeds, both as new ones come in, and also some older seeds.
Seedlings on the go in a south winter window: Geraniums (bedding kind ), Lovage, Coleus, Glaucidium palmatum, Western Wood Lily, For-get-me-nots and primulas. And an assortment of scented pelargoniums and Geranium plants. Oh, and one lonely peony seedling. If seeds germinate, I should really dump them, and start again at the right timing. But I can't do that so I also have some dahlias and canna seedlings on the go. They will be babied for months !
