I live close to Tropiflora and it is my go-to place for bromeliads and tillandsias. Their huge greenhouses of bromeliads are mind-blowing, with every color and size of brom you could think of, from a few inches to some whose blooms stand 6 feet tall or more. Their Fall Festival is an event I look forward to every year and the place I do most of my plant shopping for the year. If you're ever in the area, don't miss stopping by Tropiflora for a real treat!

Their specialty is Bromeliads, but they have a great range of other plants as well. Their festivals are legendary!

Luckily for me, I live fairly near Tropiflora, so they have not had to send me anything. It is my gardener's "treat" to go and visit there, and I make it a point to attend their spring and fall Plant Festivals. If you are ever visiting this area, be sure to go to Tropiflora, and save room to take home plants! Fabulous unusual plants, the most impressive array of bromeliads and tillandsias I've ever seen, and wonderful supplies. It is totally worthwhile to join their VIPP program. You get a discount, and one e-mail per week with their specials listed.

I've placed a few orders with Tropiflora. Anchomanes difformis var. welwitschii was in my latest order. Just as in the case of my other orders, the packing was professional and the plants were extremely impressive. Shipped bare root and in leaf! The root system is massive and perfect. A company I'm very comfortable recommending to friends.

Placed an order from Tropiflora after I got my greenhouse set up.
My plants came as a fern mounted on bark and two unrooted cuttings of epiphytic cacti.
The fern was a nice size & well established,
The URC of the cacti were a generous size. I had 3 pots of the Rhipsalis.
The Eccremocactus was well over a foot long.
I would highly recommend Tropiflora.
They also have a VIPP (Very Important Plant Person) newsletter that comes
out at 10:00 am on Monday, featuring rare plants in limited quantities.
You can sign up online.
Most may know that Tropiflora specializes in Bromeliads, but it also offers a wide
variety of other plants...Cacti & Succulents, Ferns, Orchids, etc, etc.
