Just received my three apple trees: Dorsett Gold, Anna, and Ein Shemer. The packaging was very good. The trees look really, really good. The best price i found in all my research. Highly recommended.

I won this Candice Red Grape vine here in one of the ATP raffles.
This is my first time to receive something from Plant Me Green.

I can't say enough good things about this nursery. They did an amazing job packaging the plant, and they sent a large, healthy specimen that is ready to take off growing.

I would not hesitate to order other plants from this nursery. You get more than what you pay for.

I won a Nakita Persimmon. It arrived in great shape. No picture because the foliage has dropped. When I planted the tree, it had a healthy root system. I will give this tree a bit of special attention because it came from Florida and I live in NE PA. Pictures to follow in the spring.

I won a plant from Plant Me Green in the August 2015 raffle. I am very pleased with it. The way the crape myrtle was shipped is indicative of the care these folks take with their products. I spoke with representatives from the company on two occasions and found them to be very helpful. I will be ordering from this group again!

I was very lucky to win a crepe myrtle from this company during the August Not A Raffle Raffle. I knew that the plant would be good, from the other winners posting pictures of theirs before mine arrived. Still, I couldn't believe how totally fantastic my plant was, in person! It was very tall and healthy, and in a huge pot! It was packed safely for shipping, and customer service was also excellent! This is my very first crepe myrtle, and I know I'll be buying more from this company in the future!

I won one of their Crape Myrtle Black Diamond trees in the August 2015 Not-a-raffle Raffle. Fast shipping, amazing packing, and a nice-sized (3 gallon), beautiful tree arrived at my doorstep. Very lush and healthy. I couldn't be happier!

Customer service was excellent via email. I even asked about which red to order and was given details about the color. I ordered Best Red. A very good company to order Crape Myrtle trees from. I highly recommend them!

Plant Me Green co-sponsored our August 2015 "not a raffle raffle" and they asked me if I'd like to receive a plant, so I could see for myself what the experience is like for their customers. Of course, I was all too happy to say yes! They asked me to choose a cultivar of crepe myrtle, which I did, and then they placed the order on Monday, August 10th and today (two days later) I have a box in my hands.



As you can see, this box is fairly tall. Inside is the Crepe Myrtle (Lagerstroemia Black Diamond® Purely Purple™) that I had selected, in a 3 gallon pot. I was wondering how a 3 gallon pot would be shipped and I'm impressed with how they did it, and with their careful packaging.

They use a length of bamboo from the bottom of the pot all the way to the top of the box, and they wrapped the rootball carefully with paper and then plastic. The box is marked with a "This way up" message but I am confident that even if the box had been shipped completely upside down, the plant would have been perfectly fine because the bamboo would have held everything in place. Quite an innovative solution!

Typically when one orders plants online, they are prepared to receive small plants compared with what you'd get in a local garden center. That was not at all the case here. This plant is the largest nursery-sold Black Diamond I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. I have purchased other cultivars in the Black Diamond series, all locally in garden centers, paying about $20 each. The locally bought ones are not half the size of the one received from Plant Me Green.



The tree stands around 4 feet tall and its two trunks are each about an inch in diameter. Most impressive of all is that this thing is in bloom and the leaves show zero signs of distress. The soil was even still moist. If I saw this in a garden center, I wouldn't hesitate to pay $35 for it.



These trees are not cheap in cost, but the quality of the plant absolutely justifies the price they charge. Anyone looking to order Black Diamond crepe myrtles online will be satisfied and happy by ordering from Plant Me Green. I imagine their other selections of trees and shrubs are just as good as this.

I placed my very first order with Plant Me Green on 9/21/14 and the package arrived at my front door early this morning, 9/24/14. I'm extremely pleased with the large size and health of the plants as well as the careful packing and fast shipping.

I must also comment about their great customer service. I received a call yesterday from a company representative letting me know that one of the plants in my order was beginning to lose its foliage for the season and that it didn't look really great, so they wanted to give me a heads up to see whether I still wanted that plant!

Everything arrived packaged perfectly and the plants are very healthy. I highly recommend Plant Me Green for the quality and size of their plants. I will definitely be a returning customer!


I just wanted to again comment on the great customer service from this company. My Black Diamond Crepe Myrtle 'Best Red' (a/k/a 'Ebony Flame') began to open buds and I was concerned because it appeared that the blooms were going to be white so I thought maybe I had been shipped the incorrect cultivar. It was late in the day so I sent an e-mail to Plant Me Green with a photo and within minutes my phone rang. It was after hours and the business had closed for the day but one gentleman was still there and he saw the e-mail come through and said he wanted to call me right away to explain that the opening buds of 'Best Red' do appear to look white but that they should indeed be red in color once they were opened more fully. He told me to expect an e-mail when everyone got to work the next morning too (and I did receive an e-mail from customer service) and I was told that if the wrong cultivar had been shipped by mistake to please let them know and that they would of course send me the correct one. I am just so pleased with everyone I've had contact with at this company; it's so nice to have truly great customer service and I know that I will definitely be ordering again in the spring ... if not before.
