If you enjoy feeding squirrels, and you would like to have a delightful yard "ornament" for Halloween, then this easy pumpkin face is a perfect fit. Let your little critter-artists design and create a zombie-face jack-o-lantern. Oh, what fun!

Our squirrels enjoy nibbling on a yard pumpkin, and they can create a zombie-face. It's fun to watch and fun for them to eat, because the "face guide" is full of peanut butter. While the squirrels really seem to enjoy their "carving," they especially enjoy the peanut butter originally drilled, or poked with an ice-pick, into the facial features.

All you need to do is draw a simple "dot-to dot" face on your pumpkin, drill the dots, and then fill with peanut butter. The critters love the smell and taste, and they soon will begin eating around the areas. They also like the actual pumpkin meat and the seeds. It's a win-win situation, as WE enjoy not only their antics, but also the funny jack-o-lantern face (and taking photos of their progress just adds to the fun). Try this. I think you will have a great time.

Happy Halloween!
