The Lenington All-American Award is given out each year by The American Hemerocallis Society. The daylily must have been introduced for at least 10 years to be eligible. The award is based on cultivar performance in all parts of the country.

It's hard to go wrong if you add a Lenington All-American Award winner to your garden. Lenington winners are usually easy to locate for purchase, since they are popular and grow well all over the country. All ten I have listed below were easy to find with a Google search, and are available from $9-$15.

Here are some examples of recent winners. Click on the plant's name to go to the ATP Database for more information. A complete list of the winners can be found at Lenington All-American Award winners.

2011 (Stamile - P.) 2010 (Joiner - J.)
2009 (Childs - F.) 2008 (Crochet - C.)
2007 (Hanson - C.) 2006 (Coperhaver)
2005 (McDonell - H.) 2004 (Oakes)
