I have added folders in my Treemail to make handling the details of trades much easier to track.

Why I didn't think of this before now, I don't know. In addition to the three original ones, I have added folders to move Treemails from my inbox to Payment received, Plants mailed and Misc. chat. This is easier and more convenient for me than keeping records in a Word or Excel file. It separates current deals from older or deleted ones, which helps control the inbox.
