The easiest way to wash and dry herbs is to use a salad spinner. It is quick, easy and works great!

Add the herbs to the spinner, fill the bowl with water, and with your hands move the herbs around well in the water to make sure you remove any little bugs that are clinging on for dear life. Lift the basket to drain, rinse out the bowl, and repeat the wash and spin cycle. When finished, spread the herbs on dish towels or paper towels to finish drying. They are then ready to use, package and freeze, or dry.
