January 14, 2017: Seeds sown (I received some Mako onions seeds from a gardener in New Jersey that said these were his best keepers. I planted the seed in Sunshine mix #4 soil on 1-14-17. They germinated in two days, 1-16-17. I started gardening them off on the deck 2-27-17. I planted out in the garden 3-13-17. I have high hopes for these onions.)

This beautiful pepper grew well and produced many peppers. The gophers ate one of the mature plants. What I didn’t care for about this pepper is the wall was very thin for me.
