Compact form, prune to shape, removing old branches when necessary. Fruit may be used to make juice and syrup. Begins bearing 2-3 years after planting, and may yield 10+ lbs of fruit. Needs at least a half day of sun and well drained soil. I got this to replace a common quince and am hopeful it will stay within reasonable bounds a bit better.
