    Drought tolerant and fast growing. When brushed, the leaves give off a lovely scent that is a cross between lemon and mint.

    I have occasionally seen a few of this southwestern US species and cultivar planted in southeast Pennsylvania. It seems to do alright even in this humid climate with the typical slightly acid silt-clay soil.
