I placed this rose in a prominent position in my garden, on an arbor at the end of our raised veggie planter boxes that we can see from our kitchen and family room. It was a good choice as the blooms are my favorite colors for my garden, blooming in clusters of apricot and a soft golden yellow. It puts on a lovely huge display of color on its initial spring flush and then continues blooming throughout the summer. The leaves are a deep rich green and for me, disease resistant. The blooms have a nice fragrance. This is a sport of the popular orange climber by Kordes, Westerland. I added a lovely deep lavender clematis as a complement.
