    Rainbow is actually an excellent carrot, although I grew it for the novelty. Very tender and tasty in all its hues, quite productive and uniform in size and shape. Hues range from pure white through several shades of yellow to light orange. It is a single variety, not a mix, which makes it even more interesting.
