I have two of this particular Hoya, one from a cutting I received in a trade and the other purchased from Home Depot a couple of years ago. It's not a particular favorite of mine although I do find the foliage interesting compared to other carnosas. Neither of my plants has produced blooms yet and I'm again hoping that next summer they will grace me with a flower or two.
I grow this as I do other Hoyas, in bright light and a fast-draining, chunky potting medium.

The leaves of the H.carnosa 'chelsea' are easily sun burned if left in the sun. It prefers bright shade.
