I really love the color of this bloom. A red with a hint of black that makes a truly striking color. In fact, these red-black blooms are on my favorite roses, I have as many varieties as I could find. I don't grow many hybrid teas. It is not my favorite plant habit, but these blooms are just too striking to ignore.

Kept up the bloom (Zone 8) through November. What a surprise. A tough plant. So unique too.
