    This dwarf, pure-white, large-cupped daffodil is from Scotland, where it was bred by The Brodie of Brodie in 1936. Cotterton descendants, bred by hybridizers from the British Isles, number 13, 10 of which are named daffodils (3 are seedlings). These descendants were bred from 1943 to 1975.
