Please enlarge my photo, so that you can see the branching and number of buds. WOW, just a fantastic, prolific Daylily, not to mention the beautiful consistent double bloom. It even had a couple of rebloom scapes in my zone 5b/6a garden. A must have! Listed as a mid season bloomer, but Zada Mae has been one of the earliest blooms the past three years, and the 2nd behind Stella this year, 2015, with FFO on May 26. We did have an early mild spring this year.
