Pollen is good for me in zone 6, I have yet to get a pod from it, but will keep trying. Fabulous intense color on this one and it blooms end of July into August for me in MD.
edited 7/30/12 It will set pods here in Md.

First bloom of 2020. Planted in Sep 2018. More blooms this year, but clump appears to be a slow grower. Bloom is the brightest red velvet.
