I posted about Golden Egg when I grew it in 2013. Here it is, 2015, and I am still growing Golden Egg. It is such a pretty summer squash.

Everyone I have given these to try has loved them. And I feel the same. I am sure I will be growing Golden Egg for years to come.

Golden Egg is the first yellow squash I have grown. I bought seeds from Burpee. Very easy to start squash seeds. I like my veggies to not only taste great, but also to look pretty, and I find these golden eggs to be so very visually appealing. Taste is similiar to the more commonly grown green zucchini but a tad more watery. I still like it very much and will be growing Golden Egg again next summer.
