    This plant is edible, along with some others. But with warning, I don't reccomend you go outside and to start nibbling on your rock garden plants.

    Apparently, this variety has a somewhat slightly sour, peppery taste. It is edible raw, but I don't know how much is safe to consume.
    I have not tried it.
