Other American Species
PRISMATICA (Collected in New Jersey). 24". One of the daintiest and most desirable of our native Irises. Standards pale blue; falls white ground, with a frilled edging of light blue, and yellow throat. Very slender foliage. An American Siberian, but with daintier blooms of more delicate coloring. Grows along streams the same as Versicolor. Highly recommended.
