Time to start anew, we came from here. http://cubits.org/orchids/thre...

Just received Paph. delenatii var. vinicolor (Dunkel), I think it comes from the "DarkSide". It has an almost black margin around edge of leaf and is a black burgundy on underside of leaf.

Laurel is going to Redlands while in Miami and offered to shop for me. I told her to hold it to $100. We will meet in Apopka as she returns to Atlanta. This could be big, really big! Hilarious!

Nice, Albert. Is that an actual oncidium or an intergeneric? I like the color combo.

Just say what you're looking for and ask, Susan. There are a lot of good shoppers on this site.

I would like two things:
a Vanilla madagascariensis, and to throttle Elizabeth at Eucagenera. Hilarious! I ordered some Orchids in March, and thought they would be mailing them this weekend from the Redlands. When I emailed to ask when the orchids are going to be sent, she insists I haven't paid, even after I sent her the confirmation information. Grumbling

Thanks! I'm going to try and contact someone else there, I suppose they won't be there until Monday. I'm hoping it's just a mistake, I have 2 email accounts and the bill email was sent to my home acct and the payment (PayPal) probably defaulted to my work account, so maybe they didn't connect the two, although I DID put the order number in the subject and wrote my name and address in the comments.
pooh!

On the other hand I got some new orchids today, so I'm kind of happy about that. Big Grin Big Grin But I forgot my camera out in the greenhouse so you'll have to wait until tomorrow for photos!

Hmm about the stuff from Ecuagenera. The plants will surely have traveled a lot from several places....Honestly - I will only buy from them at a show where I can SEE what I am buying.

I went to the Amherst Orchid Society meeting today and forgot to bring my camera! Shocking business!
Keith Tibbetts was back from Redlands and got me a Cymbidiella rhodochila.

Then Carri Raven-Riemann of Orchidphile spoke about Taiwanese phals. So a few followed me home like ducklings!
Phal Sogo Ibis 'Little Maruko' and Dpts. Yu Pin Burgundy 'YPM5037' AM/AOS.
And just for fun a cym. ensifolium x called Cym. Green Valley Emerald 'Peloric'.
