Styrofoam Pot

We are all going green. Flower pots are expensive. You can make a simple pot from scraps of styrofoam, outdoor caulking, and small rocks from the Dollar Store. On this pot I used rocks, tile from a discount warehouse, and chess set pieces from Goodwill.

You can use any kind of pot and use the same method. Broken dishs, rocks tile, what ever you have and then cover the openings with grout and put a finish on the grout. The styroform sound good as any plastic will deteriate.

Did you know many tile stores will give away their broken tile for FREE! You carefully hammer large tiles into smaller pieces then get creative and make a mosaic pattern. Add those broken dishes etc, as accent pieces.
