OH...JT... it's cute... I don't usually like green as a flower color... but the hint of it here is elegant... I believe we'll see a bunch of multi colored flowers on the brugsI've had some great peach flowers... that were really yellow pink and white... and some nice striped ones like this one of yours.. my .02
SO... here it's still winter ... dispite the few warmer days.. and one tomorrow... when I'll take down all the bamboo and replace with new tonkin canes.. 8'tall trellises to shield a new building they put between me and the city... I'll release my best vines upon it.. and shield me from them .... the old bamboo lasted maybe 14 years.. unterated... it's time...
my bamboo place has been in business for 132 years... always importing the sweetest bamboo... of any size you'd like ... structural 6" poles also... and now they are closing due to excessive governmental intervention... in the midst of his bout about a frozen shipment of bamboo with spots.. and expert botanical support it was to be burned or returned... in the midst they say .. where's your import permet... dispite the 1918 law that exempts lumber [ unliving ] ... they never were told of a need for a permit.. before as they were doing it forever... and never heard of this... anyway.. a sad american story
so it's winter here barely.. and here's your Karoline blooming.. the last .. the first ... and the most contineous... it's in the cool room... a tiny tiny skylight now...[ but soon to be opened up to kick everyone into gear.]. and a flouescent light .. go Karoline... it's 61 in there now.. and 76% humidity...
Thanks JT... for keeping new things going on..
