(Lynn suggested this thread.)

I've noticed some Sempervivum are **extremely** prolific, well-deserving of their common name "Live-Forever".

It's good to know this, so they can be given a wide berth at planting. Hilarious! Hilarious!

Here are a few of my "rabbits":

Tederheid
Bernstein
Fiesta
Ann-Marie
The Police
Westerlin
Lone Star
Royal Ruby
Booth's Red

....and most of the Arachnoideums.

What are yours?

The first one that comes to mind is Maria Laach. Extremely prolific and tough.
S. funckii is also very tough and very prolific.

Wow, what a list, Lynn. Thanks so much for providing it! Thumbs up Maybe that's why I have 5 from that list because other people were generous enough to share some of those "heavily produced " offsets with me...Thanks all! Group hug Hurray!

There might be more to add to the list, but can't be sure since most have been through a move in the last two months. This spring I thinned them all out, only to have many of them already taking over. Rolling my eyes.

Red Beauty is one of the oldest semps I have and one I have liked a long time. Pictures never seem to catch the subtle beauty of this one.

Great photo Cliff, of a beautiful semp. Definitely fits in the 'High Production Semps' category.

Twit, what are your heaviest producing semps?

That is a nice list Chris. Bronco is new to me, so happy to see it on your list.

I forgot to put on my list that all of my Jovi roller types are in the high production category.

I'm going to be trying jovi rollers between stepping stones as filler because they are so prolific. We'll see how it works.

Great idea tabby. Also it seems the size of the little rollers would work well, rolling/fitting into all the crevices. Can't wait to see photos of that.

I was just going through some of my photos. I think I need to add Westerlin to the 'High Production' list. This photo was from last year.
