Had steady nice showers all morning and still drizzly here, but it is so nice and cool and just enough to wash off the pollen from the air and keep me from sneezing all day! Linda hope you get rain soon. The last few days we had lots of showers but no bad storms and it was refreshing to see it that way. Plants are just loving it like this. Big Grin

No rain here. The past 2 days we have had storms come right in our area, then hit the hill country and split north and south!

taters, the UPS man was here yesterday, I asked him if I could send some rain to you, boxed up, he said no way, he was pretty sure someone else had tried it because there is water all over his truck, and he had been driving in it all week so sorry, can't send it. Rolling my eyes.

4 days of rain here started yesterday but i won't complain Smiling for it will help the gardens get going & make up for the drought days Smiling have a question on my brugs How much cold can they take should it stay around the 50* to keep them out doors ???? or warmer ??? should i put them out during the day & cover at night thought i would put them on my trailer that way i can wheel them in & out of the garage but they could get some sunshine & then some mother nature rain Smiling
I hope my brother brings my trailer back by tomorrow . have missed this forum char but daddy is keeping me busy the last week , well you all have a great day will try to get back in later today .

Oh well, at least you tried to send some Doris!

Susie, they don't like the frost at all, so as long as you have no frost, they will be OK! I kept a few of mine out all winter, and I lost some, but a few are coming back. Most of them will come back from the roots, if you mulch them really good! But that is my area, where we only get a few weeks of really cold weather. Not for sure how they would do up north? So if I were you, when it starts getting down in temp and you know it will be frosty, cover them with a sheet or something, or bring them inside. Make sure you take your cutings in the fall, and bring them inside to root for next year. Make sure you keep the water changed, and a little peroxide added to the water. If you have them in pots, they are a lot easier to bring inside, and won't have to dig them up.
