We do have chilli growers in the UK! They grow lots of different chillies, and make some amazing sauces and neat chilli products they then sell at farmers markets all over our country.
Chillies are very popular and sweet peppers or what you call bell peppers.
As you may know for the people who have been to the UK, we love our curries HOT and our chutneys cold. Chillies are essential.
Great Article.
Regards from England.
I tip my hat to you.
Neil.

I grew a sweet chillie pepper last year and loved it. They were about 3/4 inch long and extremely hot. I froze a bunch to add to some of my recipes.
