Hey All,
I thought since it might be a couple of months before I’ll be able to post plant pics of them in the ground, I would start posting them as they arrive.

Valleylynn or Goldfinch4, please feel free to move this to a more appropriate area if you wish.
I just feel kind of indebted to you all for getting me into semps (and for the advice), so I figured you deserved to see any pics I posted first. Sticking tongue out

Have a great night everyone!
J.C.

Here are a few tiny Sempervivum ‘Silverine’ chicks.
They had literally no roots when they arrived so there has been some leaf loss, but it’s shocking how fast they grow roots.

J.C. this is a perfect place for you to post your new photos. How fun it will be to watch them transition into summer, fall and winter. Well, maybe no winter photos in your part of the country. Sticking tongue out

‘Fuldaglut’ is the same 'Fulda Glow' and 'Fireglow a great sedum. Hurray!

Thanks Everyone!
Yeah Lynn, the winter photos would probably just be a bunch of white. Hilarious!

I will mark all photos exactly as the accompanying tag says.
The 3 sedums in the first photo were marked as “Sedum Spurium ‘Fuldaglut’ (Dragon’s Blood Sedum).”
I was the one who added ‘Fireglow’ after some research, but still not positive which it is.
Maybe they meant Improved Dragon’s Blood? Sticking tongue out

Do you think those 12 small sedums would be safe for in ground planting when it is still this cold? (25-30 degrees at night) Or should I just baby them for another week or so to get a bit warmer before planting?

I think it is an improved Dragon's Blood. They both have an entry.

Here is the one that goes by 3 different names. Sedum (Phedimus spurius 'Fuldaglut')
And here is the Dragon's Blood.

Each of them can look different, depending on the growing conditions (soil, container versus ground, light conditions which vary according to where you live) so many variances. Kind of like the sempervivum. Smiling

JC personally I'd wait to put them in the ground, only because you don't know what temps they are coming from...they would probably be okay either way, but just to be safe! I tip my hat to you.

Here are six Yucca that I recently got. They grow wild here, so these came from a patch of over 200 from a friend's pasture. I thought there were three, then when I got them home and cut off all the dead growth there turned out to be six. Sticking tongue out

Yucca (Glauca?) in their temporary home.
