I haven't done one of these parades in a long time because it's so difficult to keep up when all of the roses start blooming like crazy, but there aren't that many blooms in March -- fewer than a hundred photos. Besides, I have a selfish reason for doing this: The thread will provide me with a record of the roses I can expect to bloom in March if I finish my pruning in December.

The descriptions will be provided in sets of three, from left to right.

These three are all Rosa banksia f. lutea. The first is the one I was so worried about earlier this year, but I was wrong. This is just one corner of it. It covers three arbors and the garage roof, and it's growing up into the silk mimosa tree behind it. The second is a closeup of the tiny blooms. The third is another of the banksias, which covers a gazebo.

1) Winter Sunset, a Buck shrub; 2) Zambra, a Meilland floribunda; 3) That was the end of the alphabet, but I have an empty space to fill, so I'll throw in one of the photos that was headed for the Recycle Bin. Some, like this one of Devoniensis, were so high up that the photos were blurry, and others were either ugly rain-wrecked blooms or misleading colors. About a dozen other roses bloomed in March, but some weren't camera-accessible because they were obscured by so many other rose bushes that I would have risked death by a thousand thorns getting to them. So, the third photo is of Devoniensis, a climbing tea.

and I was excited that I saw 1 sets of leaves on one of my roses on Sunday... and you only have about 100 blooming? Only?

So many beautiful roses! the old blush is named yue yue fen in Chinese,Parson's Pink China is the original name in western countries . it was found in 1793 by an English named Parson there is also another old rose named yueyue hong
