I got this as Pachypodium eburneum. Any ideas? Sorry for the bad picture. I will get some shots in better light later.
The blooms are a creamy white and about 1 1/2 inches across.

That's what it looks like to me. Any reason to think it's other than what they told you it was?

Many pictures of P. eburneum look different. Here is a better shot. Thanks for the confirmation!

I agree with Kim. I think that's E. eburneum. It's looking good, Hetty. Thumbs up
I garden for the pollinators.

Hetty,
I was getting interested in them and was discouraged because I was told they are very picky and hard to grow. Something about needing summer rest and no water and winter growth and little water. I guess I will watch you with yours before I order any seeds. Please keep me informed. I like the look of them, like a Euphorbia crossed with a Huernia.

None of my Pachypodiums (and I have about 5-6 species, maybe more) are fussy at all.

Hetty,
Thanks. I just got information from Ursula (my fat plants). I think I am going to try the seeds. Do they have the white latex sap like the Euphorbias?

Being in the Apocynaceae family, yes they do have white sap.

My P. geayi is not fussy either. Grows amongst daylilies quite happily.
The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.
