Your words just crawled into my heart and I know they will stay there for awhile. Wow. Miracles, all 6 of you.

First, Sass, thank you for sharing this. I had no idea. I remember looking at your blog last year when the baby was born and saw all the flower photos, but I didn't see you again. I thought about you often and remembered that you had the baby and thought you must be so busy. Not that we ever chatted really, but I've known who you are for several years. The gardening world tends to be small the longer we are in it, I think. Anyway, I noticed your blog and thought maybe there'd be another picture of your baby so I started reading tonight.

I am so sorry this happened to you, you are the same age as my children and I can't imagine how devastating all of it must have been to your entire family. Yet through it all your strength and your incredible spirit that I've always seen in your posts are still showing through.

You will be in my thoughts, in my prayers, in my heart - you and all of your family. What a beautiful role model you are for your children.
God Bless, Sass, and again, thank you for sharing.
I hope all healing will be completed so very soon.

I can only echo what Sharon has written, Sass.

I, too, shall add you to my prayer list. I shall not only pray for healing, but also that you continue to feel God's love and His presence in your life each day, especially during this part of your life's journey.

Smiles,
Lyn

Thanks so much Sharon. Yes you are right in the gardening world it does tend to be pretty small.

Here is a recent pic of Gavin.. yes he's getting pretty big. Up close to 25 lbs.

Sharon & Lyn,

Thank you both for your prayers. I know things will be ok. I can't explain how I know.. but I've always known God had this under control from the start. It's just something I'm supposed to experience & embrace. I do of course have my stubborn moments as does everyone (I think.. lol) In small increments he's (God) letting things improve. I'm thankful I'm not still wheelchair bound as I was the first couple months. I have had many friends with disabilities and while I'm very empathetic with them this really opened my eyes to some of their specific needs. For example, handicap accessible bathrooms.. only a small handfull I found I could actually get the wheelchair in & maneuver myself around just to the toilet. It was a nightmare & had me not wanting to leave the house at all.

Anyhow.. thank you so much, I certainly appreciate your kind words, thoughts, & prayers. All in God's time things will heal. Blessings to you both.

The rest of my munchkins Smiling

Sass,

You have a beautiful family.

Your trust in God echos my own ... there I go using that word "echo". I know my trust in God has made it possible for me to get through some really rough patches. I am so glad to hear that you, too, know He is there for you and yours.

Smiles,
Lyn
