I have absolutely nothing in the system that would direct to anything related to cgi-bin. Your browser is doing this independently of the ATP system and I suspect you have malware of some kind causing it.

I did some more checking on this and it looks like the problem is on AT&T's side. Check this out:

The solution:
You can disable the redirect entirely by enabling telnet on the modem and changing a configuration option.

But I hope she's able to get it straightened out. suddenlink (my ISP) does that kind of stuff to me sometimes and it's beyond aggravating.
