I will fill a small flat rate box of fresh, young wild leeks for you for $6.00 plus shipping and tracking number which would come to $6.65 plus the $6.00 for the leeks total $12.65 The roots will be in small amount of soil wrapped in plastic. They will be freshly dug and shipped (Monday thru Wednesday) after payment has cleared (pay pal is quickest!) If the leaves are dried back, that will be fine, it's the roots that need to be planted and they will come back. These are only going to be offered a very short while because the larger they are, the more they smell of onions and garlic and lately myself and others in this area have had to listen to complaints from the post offices.

Hi, is it too late to buy leeks? I want them with root systems for planting.

Thanks
Ellen Preston

Your Ramp (Allium tricoccum) are very healthy looking. Wild Leeks have really pretty foliage and blooms!

Hi Etaprestson, Yes I still have some. I'm looking into if it is legal to sell Allium Burkickii also, they would be very limited if it is good to go. Burkickii is another variety of wild leek that is more on the endangered list but I still transplant them all over areas where they hopefully will spread out and not be as likely seen and harvested.
