Since you tagged the flower (for seed, if I understand you right), you'll know which branch it is on. If it blooms additional red flowers, you might want to take a cutting and start a red-flowered plant. I'd also be curious how the seed came out.
This happened to me in a bed of Purslane 'Fairytale Cinderella'
All of a sudden there was a pure white flower. I removed that branch, cut the (so far non-blooming) side branches off, and planted all these pieces in another bed. When they bloomed, some were the original yellow/fuchsia color, but some were white. I now have a bed area of all white!
With the Purslane, apparently this has happened before, as there is an all-white cultivar called 'Fairytale Snow White'.
So maybe you'll be able to create your own cultivar, Pavonia 'Xeramtheum Red'!
