We also have conservation areas all over, and T.P.O.s on trees. A T.P.O. is a tree preservation order, and is issued by our councils. I am most sorry I do not know what they call municipal people or their buildings in the U.S.A.

The woodland trust are a charity and teach everyone from an early age; to plant saplings and sometimes bigger tress. Our councils plant street trees in our cities and parks.
London is one of the greenest metropolitan cities in the world. Surely we can educate the youngsters, that you need oxygen, not pollution, before it is too late.
No I m not a tree hugger, just a lover of things that supply us with what we need, air!
Even one of our toilet paper manufactures clearly state for every tree they cut down, they plant three more.
