What Aroid news have you found out "there" about new introductions or species? ID or cultivation tips, etc.?

i don't know if this qualifies, but i like to look at agristarts plants - they are wholesalers, but i can at least look at new plants for fun, if not actually find them yet anywhere.

then i found this hawaiian importer - they also have an office in thailand - so there's a lot of thai imports. and again they are whole-salers.

just stumbled on this site: it's puerto rican. so they say they ship USPS to mainland US - no customs/no usda inspection. the plants are checked locally prior to shipment at usda station. they have a lot of unusual tropicals. they have some nice alos (and many other tropicals like hibiscus/plums/adeniums...) they say they ship from asia/thailand and acclimatize plants 1st in PR due to the fact that some plants do not do well when xferred direct to americas from asia.
this can be a good source for new imports from asia, especially for florida growers, since it's less to ship close. i wonder if anybody here ever considered shipping from puerto rico or even had any experience doing it?

yah, looks like the older reviews were good, but 2011 are all bad. hm-m. well, i'look for others. it's an interesting idea, anyhow to get stuff from PR. his adeniums are just smashing! i don't do adeniums ...yet. but i see them in my future
