Clematis Blue Light? As soon as I saw the photo it was my immediate reaction. Do you recall ever buying one with that name?

It's that center tuft and ruffle of sepals that makes me think it is Blue Light.

Nope, I am sure I never bought one called Blue Light. But It could be the other. Still, I can't be sure. Thank you both for the suggestions.,

Honestly I have no idea because I simply plant them and quickly forget what I have bought. Doesn't matter that much as they are pretty flowers in the spring.
