im curious what this vine is. not so much what its called, but making sure its not poisonous. Any help?

Looks like Virginia Creeper (Parthenocissus quinquefolia) to me.

The sap from the cut stems can cause an allergic rash for some people. It has never bothered me though.

The one that I have here has wonderful fall colors. Now to call out the people that are really good at seeing the finer details that help to determine which of the Virginia Creepers yours is.

Definitely looks like Parthenocissus of some type.
