Hi All, I would be interested in hearing what your favorite Pink was in 2014.

Seeing these bloom this year has renewed my interest in pink cultivars.

Recieved a couple fans of this one from John Kulpa this past summer and it bloomed it's little heart out.
Barbara Delisle (Kulpa, 2006)
height 28in (71cm), bloom 6.5in (16.5cm), season MLa, Semi-Evergreen, Tetraploid, Fragrant, 12 buds, 2 branches, Rose pink polychrome with lavender pink watermark and yellow eye with cream ruffled edge above green throat. (Ed Brown × Bella Sera)

Crowning Achievement (Rice-JA, 2011)
height 44in (112cm), bloom 5.5in (14.0cm), season MLa, Rebloom, Dormant, Tetraploid, 4 branches, Bright pink with light yellow ruffles and teeth. (unknown × unknown)

Pretty seedling. If I were to have a favorite pink, looking at all the photos above it would have to be Lilydaydreamer's 'Victorian Blush' now to me that is what I think of as Pink!

I've been hearing for years that Pink Lemonade Party is a true pink (for a daylily) so I finally got around to ordering it this year. Nice, encouraging picture of it Betty..... I'd say my favorite pinks for 2014 would be one I doubled up on. Our harsh winter of 2013 left me with only a few fans of Leslie Renee and I like her enough that I bought more fans. Wouldn't want to be without her. The other true pink daylily I love was fine with the winter but I got nervous about it anyway as I only had one large clump, so I divided her into two. An older award winner but still worth every bit of space in my small garden: Yesterday Memories...........Debra: Didn't you name that seedling? It sure is a beauty.......Maryl
