this is a vine I inherited, some time ago, it never gets leaves or any kind of apparatus to cling with.
I have called it a Penis vine, for obvious reasons
Do you have any idea what it is called?

This is a Ceropegia. It looks to me like Ceropegia ampliata. And this is super well grown!!

Wowza! That is an awesome C ampliata - it's also called Bushman's Pipe.
