Does anyone recognize this? There are several on Dracaena marginata plants. There's some webbing holding the newest leaves together. IDK if these are what's making those webs or not. These things kept wanting to go to the other side of the leaf from where I could take their pic, shy bugs.

Are the plants outdoors? It looks like a leafhopper nymph or maybe some other Hemiptera. They can produce a kind of webbing, there are pics here, you'll need to scroll down to the nymphs and webbing:

Yes, I think that's it, or something very similar. An opportunist critter. TY! Plants are outside. I will step-up efforts to find predators to put on/near these plants (if I can ever get outside again, whew, it sure is raining again!) They would be easy to eliminate manually, but I'd prefer to attract hungry predators if they aren't causing damage to plants. A few bites & that kind of thing are to be expected when plants are outside. As long as they don't get something like scale, I don't usually worry much - as long as I can find out what they are, what they're doing.

I see your rain on my radar app. I think that's the same system that is supposed to bring rain here tonight and tomorrow. On the bright side maybe the heavy rain drops will at least give the leafhoppers a headache Smiling
