Wonder if anyone can identify the insect that is grasping a bee in this pic?

Yes, that really does look like the bee assassin! Thanks! And the milkweed is Antelope Horns, Asclepias asperula. They got a late start this year, but they're doing quite well now, with the rain we've had!
