It's definitely an Elm, but I couldn't say which one. Don't think it's American Elm, though, because the samaras are lacking the little hairs around the edges that are typical of American Elm.

I dont know... Soil there(I know this for tested fact is very acidic PH around 7) and this colour of thje flowers is light champagne

Can't add anything for ID other than that I agree it looks like an elm - I just wanted to note that pH 7 is neutral, it is not acidic.

You are right and I apologise. I am not versed in this area. I just checked and they said PH there in the soil is above 8 and the soil is rich in phosphor

I think you have two different plants in the photo. The leaves look like elm leaves, but the flowers? not enough information to tell for sure.

I may not be seeing what I think I'm seeing, but I don't see any flowers in the pictures. There are dense clusters of what appear to be samaras (the winged seedpods produced by elms), but no flowers.

Here are couple of photos made just now by a phone and sent to me.
Photos I posted yesterday and earlier today are from yesterday and the ones I am posting now are todays.
Flowers or samaras have changed colour in a day they look light brown now
