The moon cactus LOOKS ok from here, what are you concerned about with it?
The old man cactus does not look good!
It might be curtains for that guy... Never too late to try tho!
To me the biggest thing to look for is rapid change, if that yellow is new, and moving fast... Not good!
Is the plant soft?
Or maybe oozing if you squeeze it!
Try to find a spot out of sight and grab a spine or 2 and pull hard, if it's rotten you'll know it!
If it were me, I'd promptly pull the plant out!
If it's root the root will likely be dead, if they are, then get a sharp knife!
Start cutting away dead rotten tissue, just keep working your way up until you get to healthy looking plant.
Again, it should be obvious, they tissue will be soft and dead, not crisp, you'll likely see brown spots...
Once you get down to good plant, then you need to let that cutting scab over, it'll get a hard brown skin over it, it'll take a few weeks, then place it on top of very sandy soil and do not water.
With luck it'll root up and grow.
You can read for days on this topic.
You also mention grey spots, I don't see any from here...
Look up mealy bug and see if that's what they are...
If your plant turns out to be ok, it'll still be good that you pulled it out, that type of cactus likes to be pretty dry at times, I can't imagine it being able to happily share a pot with regular leaf plants like it appears to be...
Good luck, sorry your plants not happy :(

Swayback said:It's really hard to say, I've seen them get really yellow like that and still be alive, that's why I suggest pulling it out, it needs it anyway and it'll be the first step to determining if your plants just not happy but still fully alive, or if it's got rot going...
Is it soft at the base or anywhere down low in that yellow area?
Swayback said:It's really hard for me to see the pics good, photobucket won't zoom and I'm on iPhone, if you just load the pics here it would be easier.
Whatever you decide to do, start with the worst looking plant, that way by the time you get to the best looking one you have a better idea what your looking for and what to do
Swayback said:I can't say if that's stuff is the rot, probably is, the fact that they're wrinkled says they aren't getting water, that means the roots or stem is dead...
I'd start whackin away at the most yellow one and see what you get.
It would be a good idea to get that fat round (mamilaria) cactus out of that pot, let him sit around a day or 2 to dry and put him in a clay pot with proper soil, the moon cactus might be able to stay there and be ok, I can barely see it in the pics but it looks ok to me from here...

The grey scales stuff at the base in the last pic just looks like cork, it's not rot, more like bark or an old scab, harmless.
The 3rd and 4th pic down, look really bad, I'd say that's a dead cactus at first glance... :(

So is it dead?
Swayback said:Just pull them out of the pot first, one hand on the plant one on the soil around it, it's rotten, it'll slip right out...
Then if it is dead start cuttin away chunks like you would a cucumber

Your gunna find out, that's why you should just pull it out, it might still be hanging it there and if so you don't really want to cut it up
