Seems like a very loooong wait this year. I checked my garden log books and found that the bloom time for most has been very close to that of last year. Of course last year they were very late.

Sorry if some of these are repeats; once they start blooming, I can't stop the camera!

Yes, they are SUPPOSED to be shorter, anyway ! This year, "class seems to mean very little! I've had SDB's taller than IB's, and BB's taller than TB's. I measured "Batik" this morning (another BB) and it was 32"...Jungle Shadows is 'right there with it" (if I wasn't so lazy, I'd run out and actually measure it *Blush* )......anyway, this year has been a "goofy one", all the way around. Shrug!

Very interesting season for sure. I have a Mme Chereau stalk that is 21" and next to it one that is 37" and the "official" height is 32". Go figure.

Witching never gets very tall for me. More on average for a BB.
