Climbing on tree stems in deep shade, I thought maybe a Codonanthe, there are 6 species for the area but none of them match..

One amongst them is Coconanthe devosiana, and I found lots of pics in our database, it does look like my plant, but doesn't match the herbarium examples in the Flora do Brasil!

I think I was on the wrong track, it couldn't be a Codonanthe as the leaves are not placed opposite!

devosiana not climbing and leaves in pairs and is hairy, This is my favorite flower

Growth habit reminds me of Dischidia.
