i would like to know if i can play with types of water?
if my anturium needs rain water.........and my bottles of rain water are empty now can i try different waters?
1.water i can collect from our air condition
2.water that we drink wich is filtered in a jug.
3.boiled water.
4.water that stood in a bottle in the sun for a few days...with no lid
5.distilled water for the car or ironing

I keep several containers here and there to collect rain water.
I think the list you wrote are all an okay substitute except for the boiled water. I would skip that one.
Of the 5 I think I would select #4 as the best option. Others may think differently.

thanks for your tip i would like to make an experiment but my brain works faster than my hands.
i did try to copy somebodies advice about 7 different rooting hormons and they look alike(growing rosemary cuttings)so why the hastle.
on the other hand there are so many air condititionars in this area with so much wasted water??????

I wanted to say something about why (in my opinion) the water from the air conditioner and/or dehumidifier is bad for plants, but I couldn't find the words in my brain. Here is a link which may help you know why I would not choose the water from that source:

Oh, and I have had lots of luck rooting all kinds of plants but I found Rosemary very difficult to propagate from cuttings.
