Good idea to post here in addition to Ask a Question. These are the links I posted there but as I said on that thread, neither article gives a scientific name and just calls it the mockorange sawfly so I'm not sure what sawfly it is (but it does appear as far as I can tell from your photo to be a sawfly larva and not a caterpillar):
