Clint,

Is this your pic taken in your garden? If it is, then it looks like someone else used it and I wanted you to know.

That is my photo! It's in my back yard. I can't believe she would do that. So rude!

As soon as I saw it on that link, I thought that pic is one of Clint's! Had to let you know. That is why I use the ATP copyright on my pics. I'd be emailing that woman and letting her know.

Click onto your profile and click site preferences, then scroll down to where it states; Add a watermark to uploaded photos?

For me I clicked and picked: Yes, a small text watermark with my name. Most of the members use this choice for copyright on pics.

Another choice is a large graphical watermark, or you can specify a custom text watermark.

Where did you get this beautiful flowering plant last year? Local or mail order?

I bought that plant at Lowes. Thanks for the info. I changed my settings so they will have a copyright from now on.

You're very welcomed! Happy that I could help! Welcome! Thumbs up

I haven't seen these beauties locally for the past two years. Maybe I'm not at the store when they get them in. Might have to try mail order. Select Seeds & Plants (mail order) has them on sale, but they're in very small pots when they arrive, so might take awhile to reach their full size.

How fast do they grow?

Clint,

I don't know if I mentioned it above, but why don't you get this pic deleted and add it again, so that it will have your copyright?!

So just to be clear on this, Clint did you have the all rights reserved notice below the photo and she still used it? Also , Marylyn does the watermark only appear when photos are taken from this websit? I don't like them when they appear in photos on this website is why I ask. I have had one person join the site to ask to use one of my photos because my preference is set at 'all rights reserved'. Or did they know I would see it since I'm a regular customer? I thought that preferene would be enough. No? I did, however, just changed mine to the small watermark you suggested. But back to the plant. I haven't seen this one ever. Very nice! Just picked up ‘Illumination Raspberry’ yesterday and planted next to the two year old 'Illumination Flame'. They grow fast here.

Leslieray,

Clint didn't have his photo with a copyright on it when this person took advantage of his pic and used it in their website. Scroll to the bottom of the page. http://www.hartley-botanic.com...

I'd noticed that someone was using Clint's pic when I googled Foxglove 'Foxlight Ruby Glow' last May and brought it to his attention.

The copyright should appear whenever someone else uses it.

I had someone ask if they could use the original of one of my Salvia 'Big Swing' pics for Master Tag. They would pay me $50 for it and I would still retain the rights to it. Here is the pic that they wanted from the ATP database, but I emailed the original without a copyright. It was for Peace Tree Farm in PA. The woman who asked, sent me a pdf file so I could see what the tag would look like, but I don't see it on their site at this time. It was in Oct. 2014 when I sent the pic.

Back to the Foxglove 'Foxlight Ruby Glow' plant.....

I found it at Santa Rosa Gardens this year and am getting.....

Qty 1 Digitalis 'Foxlight Ruby Glow'
Qty 1 Digiplexis 'Berry Canary'
Qty 1 Digiplexis 'Illumination Raspberry'

and some other plants. You might want to check them for it. I haven't grown 'Illumination Flame' yet, but they offer that one too. Hopefully, they offer that one next year and I'll get it.
