this is the main bed and it is about 27 Feet long by 5 feet or more wide..

there are so many other lily beds around here but thought I should try to post at least one pic ........so you can see I do have lilies....hahahaha

and then there is the side Make shift........Called Pat made bed.......

the bed is dug into the ground and then surrounded by bricks..........and divided into three sections..

at the top of each of the sections are bricks that spell P A T

just so crazy idea that came to my head the one day.....last fall

can post the pics of all the other starter lily beds some time if you would like to see them but for now I will give you some idea of how these are spaced out..
this is a pic looking down from the bed of lilies above.........the side of the yard.......there are peony plants and put the lily beds between them so they would get majority of sun but some shade from the peony plants too..

the lilies are in the cloth beds.........

the cloth beds also go to the other side of the lot and along the dog run that is out there.......a good piece from the dog run..........but there are 3 more cloth beds there and about 50 pots out the front of the house and then another 4 beds will be going along the side of the house right up to the house........about the size or more of the front bed all together.....

also a big old garden patch that I am working on right now to put some of the younger lilies into one day...... but for now that has to be finished and it is huge and in the full sun

just so many hours in a day here

Lots of Lilies! do you ever have problems with the ones against the house leaning towards the sun? we have about 30 of them in a bed that's against the house. and all of them lean really badly, even though they're in full sun.

I have not seen that yet with the leaning. this is the first year for ones against the house though since this is a new bed. I did notice some leaning in the other bed in the backyard though in the open garden.....
The big garden faces South and it is a mix of sun mostly and some dapple shade once in awhile..
they are all tall tall lilies back there and the biggest issue is they are somewhat under the overhang and they get dry and need more watering at times.........
I was told to stop the leaning in the back to plant another plant close by not sure the reason for that but that is why I have delphinium's near them.
Eventually they will multiple and be moved out towards the center of the garden is my guess or another bed if they have too....
there are about 29 tall Purple Prince back there and if they do indeed bloom deep purple like I have heard that they can they might be given away.........not fond of deep purple flowers of any type and they are saying almost black purple........light purple I can handle......
also due to the positions of them some are taller then others and that is likely to the way the sun is hitting themmm

will see what it all looks like in bloom

there are lilies everywhere on this property.......
